Though my favourite 1001 Nights retelling remains In The Night Garden by Catherynne Valente (READ IT.), this series had way too many swoony, romantic quotes for me to pass up. My boyfriend needs to start speaking like Khalid ASAP *glares* Anyway, Shazi/Khalid is totally the OTP of the year *flails waiting for The Rose and The Dagger*!

I thought the books had a lot of flaws as well, I gave it like 3 or 3.5 stars I think,but the OTP is definitely 5/5 stars!

There are some issues with consistent characterisation but otherwise I ADORED THE OTP. If you’re after a great romance, look no more!!

Khalid definitely gets all of the best lines haha. I use Adobe Photoshop CS5!! It’s a great program and very versatile for all different kinds of graphics.

Aentee, I love the gorgeous typography, especially on the blue one! I’m currently reading this one although it’s like a week overdue from the library because I just don’t want to have to return it without reading it. Besides, the fines go towards a noble cause. Libraries. I’m really enjoying it so far and might just use one of these to help get through the possible fangirl feels!
